1. AML/CFT Compliance Department (Few)

Qualification & Requirement:

•        For Managerial Level: A minimum of a Master's Degree or its equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Law, or any management field from a recognized University or qualified as CA, ACCA, or Semi-qualified CA.

•        For Assistant and Officer Level: A Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Law, or any management discipline from a recognized University or qualified as CA, ACCA, or Semi-qualified CA.

•        Candidates applying for Assistant Level must possess at least 2 years of relevant banking experience, while Officer and Managerial Level applicants should boast 5 years of relevant banking experience. Moreover, all candidates should currently hold positions in an A, B, or C class Bank or Financial Institution.

•        For Managerial Level: Age limit should not surpass 40 years, Officer Level: 35 years, and Assistant Level: 30 years, as of the application deadline.

 

2. Junior Trainee Assistant (JTA) - Outside Valley - 30 Nos.

Qualification & Requirement:

•        Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in any management discipline from a recognized University with a minimum second division or CGPA 2.25 from SEE/SLC onwards.

•        Applicants' age should not exceed 28 years as of the application deadline.

•        Freshers are wholeheartedly encouraged to embrace this opportunity with enthusiasm.

(The Junior Trainee Assistant serves as an entry point to the Bank, wherein successful candidates will be assigned to various branches. Upon completion of the training period, selected candidates will be placed anywhere in Nepal based on the Bank's requirements).

 

The selection process entails the following stages:

1) Written Exam (for JTA applicants only)

2) Final Interview

 Only shortlisted candidates will be invited to participate in the subsequent selection process. The Bank holds the right to decline any application without providing reasons thereof. Any form of canvassing during any stage of the process will lead to automatic disqualification.
