The journey of Kutheli Bukhari Small Hydropower Ltd. began on August 11, 2011, as a private limited company, which later transformed into a public limited company on January 28, 2015, to welcome public participation. Presently, the company operates the remarkable 0.998-MW Suspa Bukhari Khola Small HPP in the picturesque Dolakha district, Madhesh Province of Nepal. This run-of-the-river (R-o-R) project holds a 40% probability of exceedance (Q40) and commenced commercial operations on September 20, 2015, marking a milestone in Nepal's energy landscape, all made possible with an investment of approximately NPR 248 million."
