When
will the FPO of Samata Gharelu Laghubitta be distributed?

On
the other hand, it will have to rely on luck to get the FPO of Samata (FPO). It
has received 60.72 times more applications than the demand. Therefore, the FPO
will be distributed through luckey draw system. In this, 14 lakh 42 thousand
420 people have applied for a total of 2 crore 13 lakh 8 thousand 570 shares.
In which only 35 thousand 90 people will get shares. The remaining 14 lakh 7
thousand 330 people will be empty handed.
From Kartik 12th to 20th, Laghubitta brought 3
lakh 50 thousand 904.25 shares of FPO for sale at Rs. 100 per share. In accordance
with Section 9 of the Act on Banks and Financial Institutions 2073, the FPO has
been issued by Lagubitta to maintain the capital structure of the general
public at 30 percent.
While talking to the Credit rate, the
rating organization ICRA Nepal has given
this FPO 'ICRA Issuer Rating B Minus' indicating that there is a moderate risk
in its ability to bear financial obligations. ICRA Nepal has given this rating
on 25th shrawan 2081. This rating will be valid till 21st shrawan 2082.
