Recently, the college witnessed a historic moment as Dynamic Technosoft, the country's leading IT company based in Birgunj, extended
direct job opportunities to eight talented students enrolled in the Bachelor of
Information Management (BIM) program at BPC. This initiative not only marks a
significant milestone for the college but also underscores the commitment of
BPC in grooming its students for real-world success.
According to Arbind
Shrestha, the Assistant Campus Head of BPC, the collaboration with Dynamic Technosoft resulted
in the direct appointment of eight final-year BIM students. This move signifies
a paradigm shift in how educational institutions can actively contribute to
their students' career development.
The selected students, namely Sumeet Thakur, Vivek Jaiswal,
Megha Kumari Gupta, Jessica Basnet, Sanjana Ghimire, Nancy Singh, Anjali Singh,
and Ashutosh Kumar Yadav, have been appointed as support developers in Dynamic
Technosoft. This not only speaks volumes about the caliber of BPC's students
but also highlights the trust that industry leaders place in the college's
academic programs.
As part of the employment arrangement, the company plans to
provide a valuable learning experience to the newly appointed support
developers. The eight individuals are set to embark on a three-month paid
internship, allowing them to gain practical insights into the dynamic field of
IT. Dynamic Technosoft intends to evaluate their performance during this period
and make decisions about their continued employment based on merit.
This pioneering initiative by Birgunj Public College not only
