Education: Minimum
Bachelor’s degree in Management/Economics from a recognized university.
Experience: A minimum of
two years in banking at any NRB licensed BFIs. Proficiency in credit,
operations, branch management, and banking software is a must. Leadership
skills, excellent communication (Nepali and English), and the ability to
propose improvements are required. Outstanding organizational and
administrative skills with the capacity to handle pressure are essential.
Age Range: 21 to 40 years

2. Position: Assistant – 1
(Information Technology Unit)
Location: Putalisadak,
Kathmandu
Education: Minimum
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
Experience: Preference
given to candidates with over 1 year of experience in PUMORI Software.
Experience in NRB Licensed BFI is highly valued. Familiarity with SQL language,
digital banking, social media management, and content design is necessary.
Age
Range: 18 to 35 years
